The Innovation Hub, Mizoram Science Centre organized its first State Level Webinar on Astronomy Education with the theme ‘The Cosmos : Understanding Gravity & the Dynamics of the Universe’on the 30^th June, 2021.

The webinar was organised on Google Meet. Dr.N.Malsawmtluangi and Ms.P.C.Lalremruati enlighted the participants on the topics – ‘Understanding the dynamics of the universe through equations’ and ‘Interpreting gravity from the solar system to the galactic centre black hole, Sgr A*’, respectively with power point presentation. There were more than a hundred participants and overwhelming positive responses were received from them. E-certificates were awarded to the female participants to encourage and foster their participation in STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) education.
